All Thai and foreign companies doing business in Thailand have tax and accounting obligations. Preparing and keeping accurate accounts is required by law. At Antares, we understand that when it comes to accounting, different businesses have different needs. As the business develops, the accounting requirements may change, therefore we provide flexible accounting services customized to suit our client’s specific requirements. The cost of our services depends on the size of your company, the monthly turnover, and number of transactions per month.
Antares’ experienced accounting team is comprised of CPA’s and accountants registered with the Ministry of Commerce and provide a full range of services, including:
Monthly financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, journal entries, debtor and creditor listings, reconciliations of balance sheet items
Preparation and filing of monthly VAT returns, Withholding tax returns, Social security returns
Preparation and filing of half-year corporate income tax returns based on a complete forecast template
Preparing and filing the annual corporate tax returns and submission to the Revenue Department
Provision of necessary support and information that the external auditor may require
Submission of the audited financial statements to the DBD
Preparation of all supplementary documentation such as invitation to shareholder meeting, standard minutes of meeting, updated shareholder register
Compilation and storage of the physical accounting records and other relevant documents for at least 5 years
Review our clients accounting records prepared by a third party to ensure compliance with Thai laws and regulations
